NFL Punt, Pass & Kick is a national skills competition for boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 15. Boys and girls compete separately against their peers. With more than three million youngsters taking part every year, it's one of the world's largest youth sports programs! Competitions begin on the local level, and are free for everyone who participates.
NFL FLAG Football is the premier youth football league for boys and girls ages 5-17. The program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork.
